WHO I AM

Ade, (pronounced A-Day), a user experience researcher and a licensed behavior analyst in the state of Texas. I have worked as a user researcher and implemented data-driven and evidence-based research for behavior intervention and product design for 6+ years. I hold a Bachelors degree in Psychology and a Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.

I am passionate about problem-solving and resolving user pain points, this is what drives my love for research. I gather evidenced-based and data-driven insights by designing and implementing quantitative and qualitative research methods to test hypotheses and develop design interventions. In my experience, I have designed all phases of the research processes including research proposals, study design and execution, insight analysis, development of recommendations, and ongoing advocacy for findings and users. I am passionate about making end user experience as easy and efficient as possible.

I have an in-depth experience working with a diverse group of users and conducting inclusive studies. I have worked with users who use different accessibility devices (Voiceovers, JAWS, NVDA, Dragon - Voice command, Screen magnification devices) and users who identify as having a cognitive disability from mild-to-severe. Through these studies, I have uncovered accessibility pain points that led to design recommendations that directly resolved these user frustrations.

User research is a passion for me. I enjoy understanding user behavior, uncovering insights, analyzing data, and developing data-driven results to promote designs that help users have enjoyable and effective experience, therefore, leading to business success.
